i tested it and it worked! (with Rubidium and latest forge)

Can you provide a detailed mod list so we could check?
I just check with Minecraft 1.19.2/Forge 43.1.47/Create 0.5.0.f/Create: Enchantment Industry 1.0.0 and no other mods in both develop and production environment and things worked fine.

i just checked again with Minecraft 1.19.2/Forge 43.1.47/Create 0.5.0.f/Create: Enchantment Industry 1.0.0, and the issue is still there (no other mods, no Rubidium)

Same environment. Cannot reproduce.

the issue still occurs on version 1.1.0, is it because of OpenGL, or any kind of Driver i'm currently having?

Thanks for information provided. We've received 4 reports in total now. We are still not sound what's the possible cause.

i think the issue only occurs in Flat World type, i tried in Default world type and it completely working fine!

and the issue occurs again not so long after

Would you mind testing if this fix from commit 53041a2 works?
The mod jar is in the zip (as Github doesn't support .jar in attachment).
