Describe the Incompatibility

Memory essence from PnC has forge:experience tag, yet it's not convertible via experience rotor.
Memory essence is PnC's version of liquid experience, just wondering if the base mod have any plan to make this compatible like how the rotor's description says.

Like most of the mods with XP fluid I think.
