Describe the Bug

If i want to join my singleplayer world a big screen pops up that datapacks are missing i should activate safe mod or go back to title screen...but only back to titlescreen is working .... when i downgrade again to 1.1.15 all is fine

Reproduction Steps

1.Update to 1.1.16
2.join world
3.can because of datapack error
4. downgrade to 1.1.15 and join

Expected Result

should join world with newest build
