As far as I can tell, there's no way to automatically add or remove an enchanting guide from a blaze burner, since deployers are unable to shift right click.

I wanted to make a system that would swap guides in and out of burners but without the ability to do that I will need to have a separate one for every single type and level of enchantment.

You can replace enchanting guide with new one with right click.

I'm pretty sure that isn't mentioned in the ponder right? I never tried that because I only had 1 guide and the ponder never mentioned it.
