Describe the Bug

In Creative mode, when you place an unenchanted item onto a blaze enchanter, both the item you placed that's in your inventory as well as the item it drops will be enchanted.

This applies to both normal enchanting and hyper enchanting.

Reproduction Steps

1. Enter Creative mode.
2. Place a tool or weapon onto the Blaze Enchanter.
3. Watch it enchant the weapon you placed from your hotbar, as well as dropping a new enchanted item.

Expected Result

The blaze enchanter should only enchant the item that was placed on the enchanter, and not the unenchanted item in my hand.
