Server refusing to start after "derailing" the trains in the Nether portal

Describe the Bug
So, I have a survival world with my friend (Valhelsia Enhanced Vanilla) on version 1.18.2. We have this version specifically: create-fabric-0.5.1-b-build.1078+mc1.18.2 Suddenly, while building our subway system with lava cargo, we somehow managed to derail the train while traveling through the Nether portal. On the first try, we probably managed to despawn the whole train while traveling. (1 + 2 bogeys) It could be because the nether wasn't loaded when we were arriving. At that time, we were thinking about restarting the server, but we moved on. On our second try, we almost managed to get the train through, but it got derailed eventually right after the second bogey went through. I was able to pick the train up with a wrench from the overworld and place it back on the tracks without any issues. On the third and last try, we yeeted our last train inside hoping we would push the other one out of the portal. (You can see on the video what happened by yourself; Spoiler: It didn't work out) So, we decided to restart the whole server (hosted on Peblehost) hoping it would fix the issue. Well, it didn't end up how we expected. We're now stuck in a loop of crashes while starting the server.
Reproduction Steps
- Assemble a train
- Drive into the Nether portal
- Never see it again
Expected Result
The train should come out of the other end of the portal without any issues.

Additional Context
So, we're soft-locked out of our world for now. We don't know what to do. The crash says the contraption is at NaN position, so like somewhere in the matrix or it doesn't exist at all. Before that, the third tanker train we've sacrificed always worked before without any issues with a conductor inside. (More context in the video)
This happens on forge too. There's some recovery steps in this issue.
