multiple issues with contraptions

Seats are near impossible to sit on
no particle effects when running on contraptions
(Minecarts only) leaving and re-entering chunks leaves connections functional but invisible (fixed by relog)
(Minecarts only) you can sit in the back minecart of a contraption pair
