Describe the Bug

1. Mechanical Bearing can not move Piston Extension Pole or some other blocks.
2. Sometimes, Mechanical Bearing do not show tips when it can update.

Reproduction Steps

1. Place the Mechanical Bearing and place the Piston Extension Pole on it.
2. Provide stress to the Mechanical Bearing.
3. The Mechanical Bearing cannot be renewed with an empty hand right click.

Expected Result

1. Mechanical Bearing can move Piston Extension Pole and some other blocks.
2. Sometimes, Mechanical Bearing show tips when it can update.
