If an item is output of a cutting recipe, you can't find it through the item by REI.

Reproduction Steps

1. Get a oak planks.
2. Check its recipe (recipes whose outputs contain it).
3. There is no cutting recipe found.

Found recipe.

Additional Context

I didn't check whether this bug also exists in JEI or EMI. Forge doesn't support REI so the bug should be fabric only?

Create recipes are only officaly displayed by JEI

I think this has been fixed by #1168
