Describe the Bug

When the module is installed, BungeeCord will be completely disabled. The module will make the downstream server unrecognized by the agent.

An error is also reported：The server you were previously on went down, you have been connected to a fallback server

But I confirm that my server is turned on normally, and this problem occurs only if the module is installed

Reproduction Steps

1.A proxy side and a downstream server are required
2.Install FabricProxy and Create (Because the absence of a FabricProxy module prevents the proxy side from accessing downstream servers)
3.When trying to enter the server from the proxy side, it will prompt: The server you were previously on went down, you have been connected to a fallback server

Expected Result

Fix this issue. So that I can build it successfully

This works on Velocity instead of BungeeCord.

I'm having a similar issue on Velocity for 1.20.1 Create Fabric.

It does work with cross stitch + FabricProxy Lite and I can join the server with that but I am not able to join my lobby server on PaperMC as I can't install this mod there.
