Describe the Bug

The stress impact previews (e.g. medium 8x rpm) are not shown when I load directly into a multiplayer server.
Loading into a singleplayer create save, even for a split second, shows the stress impact again.

This has to be done on every start of Minecraft.

This happens regardless of other installed mods.

Reproduction Steps

1. Load into multiplayer server
2. Hover over item with stress impact preview (e.g. water wheel)

Expected Result

The stress impact is always shown, whether or not a singleplayer save has been loaded

I have tried this with just Create and nothing changed (the screenshots are not from that attempt).

I should add that I have not touched the config for Create. It's just the default.
