[bug] Looking at the Basin with the goggles shows wrong info if it's emptied

Describe the Bug
When I fill a basin with liquid, the Engineer's Goggles show the amount of liquid there, but if the basin is emptied, the goggles will still show that the basin has liquid in it.
Reproduction Steps
- Place a basin
- Put liquid in the basin (In my case, a water bucket)
- Empty liquid from the basin (I used a bucket to empty it)
- Bug occurs
Expected Result
The goggles should display that the basin has no liquids.
