boiler does not work

Describe the Bug
when i activate my boiler the water does not properly flow and it fills the fluid tank instead of the boiler
Reproduction Steps
1.create a boiler the heat source was campfire
2. to mowe the water i use i used wather mill
3.even when i had 4 wather sources
Expected Result
boiler has enough water
