Sheared Sheep Don't Drop Wool

Describe the Bug
As the title states, shearing sheep by hand doesn't drop wool.
Reproduction Steps
- Grab shears.
- Shear a sheep.
- Notice distinct lack of wool.
Expected Result
Get wool.

Additional Context
Shearing sheep works fine with Build 445. From Build 455 onwards sheep don't drop wool. I can't test builds between 445 and 455 because MC crashes.
