toolboxes not working properly

Describe the Bug
return items to toolbox doesnt work on me. both in toolbox menu and alt keybind shortcut. build 534 fabric 0.51.1 no mods
Reproduction Steps
- attend toolbox slots
- have same attended items on your inventory
- click "return items to toolbox" on toolbox menu
