Crushing wheel doesn't grind items.

Describe the Bug
When a chute is directly under a crushing wheel with a barrel connected to it, the items do not get crushed. When the chute is removed, the items get crushed.
Reproduction Steps
1.Place a crushing wheel
2.Place chute directly under the crushing wheel
Expected Result
Grind items into products.
