Tranfroming items in mixer recipes seems to not be working properly

Describe the Bug

Items that should be transformed in crafting recipes may not work. I tested it with a rice bowl in a farmer's delight, but it also happens with create's dough recipe. I later tested it with only create and fabric API installed and the problem persists.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Setup a mixing basin.
  2. Add wheat flour and a water bucket.
  3. The recipe returns a dough and the water bucket intact.

Expected Result

It should return a dough and an empty bucket.
