Brass funnels not outputting items when stack content is below the filter size

Hello !
I've ran into what i think is a bug, the brass funnels don't output the items from any content when the stack size is lower than the filter size put on the funnel
(On this screenshot the belt is rotating but there's no grass on it)

Reproduction Steps
- Put a chest down
- Put a brass funnel on the chest with a belt running so it can get extracted
- Set the extract size of the funnel to 9 and put a few stacks of items in the chest (I used grass in this example)
- After a few seconds, there should be one item left in the first slot of the chest and the rest doesn't get extracted.
Expected Result
At step 4, the funnel should keep extracting the items normally because there is clearly enough left.
