Describe the Bug

As of latest version Using a mechanical arm to deposit any item on to a weighted ejector that item will be indefinitely duplicated.

Reproduction Steps

1. place a weighted ejector and a storage medium eg. Depot.
2. Connect a mechanical arm with the deport as the input and ejector as output.
3. make sure ejector is powered.
4. place an item on the depot.
5. Watch the duplication begin.
   ...

Expected Result

Not to duplicate items.

I will also add this is only in the newer version's I am not sure on the specific version this changed.

This issue seems to have been introduced in v0.4.1 patch 9 (v0.4.1+682).
