Spout doesn't accept other liquids after being filled once

Describe the Bug

The Spout, after being used once, remembers the liquid that was put into it. From that point, It will no longer accept any other liquid. It shows that it's empty. This only happens if the Spout fills something, It doesn't happen if the liquid is pumped out of the Spout with a pipe.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Fill the Spout with liquid A
  2. use the Spout to fill a bucket or three glass bottles (Or any other Spout recipie)
  3. When the Spout is completely empty, try to pump liquid B into it.

Expected Result

Expected result: After the Spout is empty, It can accept any liquid again
