Describe the Suggestion

Ledger now is the best mod for rollbacks and inspection and is essential for all SMP with Create mod on Fabric. But not all blocks create events, for example if block gots broken by drill or placed by deployer it do not create event and it rollback wont work. that means that somebody can easily grief anyone. yeah, and not evented items cannot be rolled back.

Drill (Do not create event)
Contraptions (do not rollback)
Train Tracks (when placing in smart mode, do not create event)
Schematic canon do not create any events
Conveyor (breaks on rollback)

Idk, that's things that I remember just now. But there are much more. Im speaking about every block broken or placed by mechanisms. if you add support for things that are listed above in few next patches, it already will be really good! Because griefing will be much harder
