Updating size of boiler's water tank causes steam engines to stop/bug out.

Describe the Bug

This seems to be caused by changing the size of the fluid tank when a steam engine is attached. This will then bug out the boiler entity/or steam engine?, and it will only start back up if you remove the steam engine, and place it back down. Haven't tested in Forge.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Add, or remove a layer from the boiler.
  2. Steam engine stops.
  3. Try to restart with hand crank, it will fail.
  4. Remove said new layer from step 1.
  5. Hand crank to start, it will still fail.
  6. Remove steam engine then place back.
  7. Steam engine starts again.

Expected Result

Removing, or increasing size of fluid tanks should not cause whole steam engine to stop.

After 1 minute, I removed the engine, and placed it back in the same position. Turned the hand crank, and it started self propelling itself again.
