Describe the Bug

Furnace engine placement logic is weird. It apparently only is placeable while at a distance from furnace, and not when clicking the furnace itself, only when clicking the ground next to the furnace.

Reproduction Steps

1. Place a furnace
2. Try to place an engine on it
3. Be confused by weird behaviours
   ...

Expected Result

Furnace engine is placeable easily, even when standing near the furnace or shift-clicking the furnace block directly
