Copper valve handles and hand cranks cannot be reversed.

Describe the Bug
I attached a copper valve handle or hand crank to the liquid valve and did a sneak + right click to try to reverse it, but it would not turn.
Reproduction Steps
- Install a copper valve handle or hand crank on the liquid valve.
- Sneak + right click to try a reverse rotation.
Expected Result
If it is as described, the copper valves and hand cranks should rotate backwards.

I remember encountering this, pretty sure it's because of whatever mod lets you carry chests around. Can you try removing it and checking?
