[1.19.2] AE2 1.19.2 Update Compatibility

Describe the Bug
When mining Certus quartz buds or clusters with the drill it does not yield Certus quartz dust or Certus quarts crystals respectively.
The crushing and milling recipes for Certus quartz also appear to be broken.
Reproduction Steps
Mining Drill:
- Open the following world (AE2 and create required)
New World.zip - Flick Lever on the gearshift to activate the contraption
- Allow the contraption to mine the clusters and flick the lever again.
- Observe that amethyst crystals are present in the chest but Certus quartz crystals are not.
Other AE2 recipes:
- Look in REI
Expected Result
- Mining Certus quarts clusters should yield Certus quartz crystals
- Mining Certus quartz buds should yield Certus quartz dust
- Certus quarts recipes need to be updated to match the 1.19 version of AE2 (guide)

Never really written/edited mods before but the recipes are pretty simple co could probably fix those myselff.
Just trying to make a crystal farm :D

Don't think this will fix the mining drill issue but its a start
This has all the new recipes for AE2 1.19.2, think the balance is relatively good, tried to stick to the balance of recipes as per AE2, but you guys will probs want to review.
Haven't been able to test this as not really sure how to go about it but don't see any reason why it wouldn't work as item names are ripped directly from the game and recipes are templated on existing ones.
Have managed to build and test these recipes all seem to work
Next steps:
- Further point, may want to add crushing of clusters into crystals but not sure what the maths is
- Drills still don't work on clusters
