Describe the Bug

placing a powered fluid pump without pipes crashes my server.

pondering fluid pump and pipes also crashes my client.

Reproduction Steps

1. Put down some lava
2. Placed down pump with bottom facing lava
3. placed gear on pump (no pipes)
4. Lava particles appeared for a second
5. server crashed
   ...

Expected Result

Nothing to happen until pipes were placed

Additional Context

Didn't crash client, only crashed server, but ponder crashed client only.

caused by TF using a newer, broken build of Porting Lib. Manually install this build as a workaround. This has been fixed for the next update.
