Redstone links power neighbor blocks

Describe the Bug
Redstone links placed on a block by receiving a signal will power neighbor blocks.
This shouldn’t happen and in Forge it’s not.
Reproduction Steps
- Place a redstone link on a block
- Place a block that can be powered nearby
- Power the link
...
Expected Result
Only block underneath the redstone link is powered
