Redstone links power neighbor blocks

Describe the Bug

Redstone links placed on a block by receiving a signal will power neighbor blocks.
This shouldn’t happen and in Forge it’s not.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Place a redstone link on a block
  2. Place a block that can be powered nearby
  3. Power the link
    ...

Expected Result

Only block underneath the redstone link is powered
