Describe the Bug

Fluid milk uses the "milk" namespace instead of "create", as expected.

Reproduction Steps

1. use a hose pulley to pump some fluid milk into the world
2. look at flowing and still milk blocks with F3 debug up
3. see that their IDs are "milk:still_milk" and "milk:flowing_milk"

Expected Result

I'd expect their IDs to be "create:still_milk" and "create:flowing_milk".

Just noticed there's a 'milk lib' mod, I'm guessing bundled by create, so this is probably intentional.
