No interface of certain items/blocks

Describe the Bug
Right-clicking on filter, attribute filter, train schedule, schematicannon, schematic table, toolbox and crafting table doesn't do anything.
I've tested this in single-player world and everything was working fine, but on my Fabric Server there is this bug. Nothing pops on in console as well, there isn't any crashes or error reports.
I've recorded video that at least shows how it looks
Reproduction Steps
- Join server with modpack
- Try to use any item or block that I've listed
Expected Result
Poped up ui on right-clicking item/block

- Are all client side mods also installed on the server?
- Can you check tps while trying to open the gui to see if the server is not frozen? You can do this by installing spark on both server and client and running the commmand /spark tps

Just maked sure that mods in server-side and client-side folders compare to each other. And spark mod shows that there isn't any tps lowering or other freezes. Everything aside this items works exactly fine
Also tried to delete all config files and generate them all over again to be sure
