Crash from fluid pipe ticking

Describe the Bug
Hello! Bit of an odd one, but a fluid pipe contraption near spawn keeps crashing the server with the following crashlog:

I did not make it, but it seems to be a setup to pump water into a boiler then use the water in the boiler to power an autocrafter
Reproduction Steps
- Create the contraption pictured (possibly with a water pump in some location)
- Attempt to turn the crank, or just wait a while
- Crash

No crash

Remove the fluid pipe that is at the coordinates that are listed in the log and see if it still crashes.
does a schematic of this placed elsewhere also cause it? if so, can I have a schematic to test?
