If you set your gamemode to creative and then press E to open your inventory, you crash and get the following crash report:

Note that this was tested on a server, (only the client crashes) so I'm not sure if this also happens in singleplayer.

I'm not sure why it would be crashing on your server, doesn't seem to happen on others. It certainly doesn't crash in singleplayer, at least within an instance with just Create: Framed and dependencies.
It could be a mod conflict somewhere, but there are also other warnings that may be the actual cause of the crash while minecraft may have just detected the issue wrong.

Aside from going through your modlist and removing/adding mods until it works, I don't think there's much that I can do to help with this issue. I'll go ahead and leave this issue open in case anyone else comes across a similar issue or if I come across a potential fix for this (if one exists).
