Buckets of liquid aka "Liquid Concrete Bucket" "Liquid Asphalt Bucket" and "Liquid Plastic Bucket" cannot be used as filters for Basins/smart fluid pipes e.t.c

For what ever reason the bucket item is not recognised as being related to the fluid of the same type.

This is a problem because it causes issues with outputing the correct fluid where needed for example water instead of liquid concrete
