Rgb Light Bulbs break repeatedly and fuses don't seem to work.

Issue 1. When placing an RGB Light Bulb on a 500V Circuit, the light tries to break, but immediately gets placed back, and the cycle repeats.
Issue 2. Fuses don't seem to work. When plugging power into one side, it doesn't go on the other side, even when a fuse is inside the fuse block. Energy icons and glass breaking sounds appear when placing something before the fuse.
