Any Version for MC 1.21.1 is missing recipes.

For example pipes or pumps, i dont think that i need to list more.
this is no error. the recipes are just missing, even in .jar file.

Some of the items do not have sheet variants or ingot variants (plastic and steel), so for those pipes its not possible to craft em.
