Ticking block entity crash when using VAT as electrolyzer and Waystones

When using a Waystone with a VAT configured for electrolyzer within a loaded chunk causes a ticking block entity crash

Also crashes client (not server) with simple teleportation very far from chemical vat using /tp.

And when joining world - I am on location where I was teleportating
