In real life, oil deposits are not found at the core of the earth, so it really doesn't make sense that oil in this mod is only found in bedrock at the bottom of the world. It should spawn in random heights.

Oil deposits should also be much larger, but less common, just like there are some giant oil deposits in some places in real life, but not everywhere oil can be found.
