Add an option to not hide the Hover and Air Gauge icons when the jet pack is disabled

Describe the feature you have in mind.
If the Active icon turns grayscale, I do not see the need to hide the other 2 icons IMHO. Making it optional could work for everyone?
Does this solve a particular problem?
Having to turn the jetpack on and then off just to check how much air there is left in the tank seems kind of convoluted.
