Please create an option to configure different drill heads.

Options to:
enable/disable fortune/silk touch on specific heads
ability to disable specific drill heads
ability to change the mineable ores that drill heads can mine.
white/black list for blocks
white/black list for mods with the ability to wildcard mods. (example:alltheores)

Having a config option to change these to best fit pack builders' needs would be very helpful and I appreciate any time you take implementing this and even just reading this.

What exactly do you mean by white/black list for blocks?

could we also please get the option to change the drill speed?
