Potiential "chunkbanning" issue in multiplayer

Create 0.5.1f, Create Northstar 0.1cb, Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47.3.0
A couple of days ago when I added Create Northstar to my own server, there were no issues. However recently, it started "chunkbanning" me and other players. The only fix to this was removing ALL entities in that problematic region, and it would temporarily fix all of the problems, but when you enter that chunk again, it'll "chunkban" you again.
The only progress that I and the other players have done in Northstar were telescopes and astronomical reading papers.
The ONLY fix to this issue was removing the mod. I honestly have no idea if Northstar in particular is related, or if it could be any other mod that's causing this, but it only just seems to happen specifically when the server has Northstar installed. I did not do any further testing as to whenever this issue persists on a server with only Create, Northstar, and Geckolib (i couldn't wait any further on aternos's queue times).

You could work around this issue with the packet fixer mod.
I'd love to have this fixed without the solution being just to add another mod
