The current way to detect infinite veins is simply just the worst. There are plenty of ways people have suggested for users to find veins, but I'll still put my foot in the door.

I am suggesting a new machine specifically built to find veins, currently out of everything this mod has added, the ore finder seems completely out of place. It's literally an eye on a stick and does not look like it is create related in the slightest.

So I introduce to you: the "sonar device" (or radar dish idk). This device is powered by rotational force and will detect ores in a radius centred around it to then put possible veins into the ore book. The device needs to be charged before it will send a pulse to detect ores. You can configure the radius it will detect, and the larger the radius the longer it will take to charge a detection pulse.

This method of ore detection provides ease of use, relativity to other parts of the mod (such as the ore book while not taking functionality away from the sample device) as well as seamlessly fitting into the concept of create.
