Add kubejs support for remove and add vein

I want to use this mod in my pack if it can remove some ore from generate list i will be helpful

You can use KubeJS to edit the veins, it's just recipes, you can read the documentation in the readme: https://github.com/tom5454/Create-Ore-Excavation#kubejs
