Can I please suggest a new feature through config?
I'd like to be able to configure the chunk loaders to stop keeping their chunks loaded after a configured amount of time once a player has disconnected. This is something that will help with servers to reduce the loaded chunks once players have been offline for some time.
It'd also be nice for if the config is set to 0 time, then the chunks will immediately unload the chunks meaning they're only functional when the player is online.

Wanted this too. A player in my server never shuts down his factory when he logs out. And that chunk kept becoming overloaded with dropped cobblestones, eventually prevents him from logging in again. This feature should solve the problem.
