when i chunkload the area around the terminal of toms storage mod and leave the area it will say terminal not accessable (not in range) normally its possible with chunkloading of open partys and claims but with your mod the area will not get loaded. Is this because toms storage terminal isn’t a block witch will get loaded or is there any known bugs/issues

Can you try to break and replace the chunk loader block and then post your server's debug.log?
