Fabric 0.16.4 on Minecraft 1.19.2 with mod version 1.5.3
Self-explanatory: when entering a world, the chunks won't load in and the player will be stuck in "Loading terrain". Minecraft has to be killed and restarted.
I've specifically checked - it's this mod that causes this specific issue.

Having the same issue. Thinking this mod had been abandoned - no updates since 5/2024 and this comment was made on 9/24 without the courtesy of a reply.

This mod isn't abandoned. It's just very low priority because I mainly work with Forge and Create no longer supports 1.19 or below. Anyway, I've pushed a new update that should fix this.
