Failure message: Mod create_power_loader requires create 6.0.0 or above
		Currently, create is 0.5.1.j

You are still using Create 0.5.1j in your instance. Double-check that you are using Create 6 in the Modrinth launcher and maybe reinstall Create if it's still outdated.
