Describe the bug
crash to desktop if change "Train Text Components" from "Train Name Only" (unknown if this is really a requirment) to "All"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1 Create a train, and assemble it
2. set display type to "Passenger Information"
3. look at advanced options
4. change last option "Train Text Components" to "All
5. click checkbox
6. note that game crashes, usually to desktop (think it once crashed to main menu)

Expected behavior
game to continue running with new setting(s).
