Railway Navigator Searching function not working under certain condition

Describe the bug
The Navigator board can't search train schedule if "Time of Day" condition in train schedule
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create the train route.
- Build a train schedule with task "Travel to Station" with Condition if/after "Time of Day".
- Use Create Railways Navigator item to search the train route.
- "No connections found" will be display on screen
Expected behavior
The schedule with condition "Time of Day" should search correctly.

Know Bug,will most likely be fixed in the backend overhaul which is currently being developed
