Describe the bug
While playing on a modpack with a friend, I went into a creative world to start making contraptions before putting them in the server. I went to put my logbook in a lectern and it was turned into a Navigator for some reason. This still happens, but it does not happen with Chiseled Bookshelves (what I'm using as a replacement)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place a Lectern
  2. Get a book and quill
  3. Put the book and quill (or signed book) on the lectern
  4. The item should become a Navigator

Expected behavior
The expected behavior is that when putting a book and quill on a lectern, it stays a book and quill and is not overwritten to be a navigator.
