Describe the Bug

I'm terribly sorry for my poor English ;(

When placing the Brass sifter in modpack [TouhouTinkerFancy], the FPS drops sharply.
As long as I'm within its rendering range, the game will experience severe lag.
After I damaged the sifter, the FPS returned to normal.

Reproduction Steps

Placing this block in any situation and any place in this modpack and the bug appear.
