Describe the Bug

Currently the requirements for meshes such as biome and speed are not showing up in JEI and the tooltip seems to have a broken message:

Due to this the players currently have no way of understanding what requirements the sifters need. In this case we have a custom blazing mesh that must have at least 64 speed and be in a nether biomes.

Reproduction Steps

The requirement does function, if I set it up in the nether and give it the right speed it processes, it just doesn't display that in the JEI recipe nor on the tooltip.

Latest mod version available on CF and Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.172

Expected Result

The requirements should be shown for the recipe in jei
